STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!! Be very careful with this contractor, simply put he is a thief. We hired him to repair the roof, and gutters, replace vinyl siding, steps, and brickwork on the front of the house as well as install pavers in the front and back yard. It was a complete disaster, he never finished a single thing, the bricks that he installed were not in a straight line, looked like he hired day laborers to do the work, the siding was not finished and it popped out in one part of the building. He kept insisting on us making payments even though as per our contract we were on schedule, and after we made another payment, he simply stopped answering our calls and abandoned the job. I think all these reviews that he has are fake and given by his friends and relatives!

I got several bids to remove about 75 lineal feet of patio masonry block wall that was sinking and bulging out. It had several separations between blocks and was concerned it was a real hazard. Germizi construction gave a good fair bid on the job, significantly under the highest bid but over a couple of low bids from companies that didn't seem as qualified. They followed my suggestions on how to re-build the wall with existing blocks and new backfill and foundation material. They also installed geo-textile to prevent soil from going into the new backfill and preventing drainage and geo-grid to help stabalize the wall. The repairs also included removing and replacing a lot of pavers on the patio floor adjacent to the wall repairs and they powerwashed the entire wall and paver area and added polymetric sand around the pavers. They were very knowledgable about masonry work and did an excellent job. I would recommend them for any masonry job.

Robert does Excellent work at a very fair price. He is Very professional, honest and reliable. The patio and the steps came out perfect. Great work ethics. He keeps his word. He finished the job on time just like he promised. All the workers with him were also very polite and courteous. Very good experience.

They installed a wall on the back . Removed the siding of the house and installed stone veener. Job was completed on time it took Robert and his crew like a week but everything came out perfect. I been living in this house for 17 years and using the fireplace all the time and recently started getting smoke back . I had julian over who explained very well why my chimney cannot be cleaned anymore but I will need to install a chimney liner. I hired them and they were punctual and a reasonable price I would definitely use this guys in other projects
