About us
I am a California Licensed General Contractor. My specialty is creative problem solving and repair. I've remodeled homes built from the 40's through the 90's. Need help installing those cabinets or items you bought at Home Depot? Give me a call. I will let you know, before you spend money, what I can and can't do. I have very reasonable rates, and can charge by the hour. I prefer to stay in North San Diego County, but will travel further for a bigger job. Take me through your home and show me what you want done. Add to the list as you go. I'll work for as long as you need me. Need to fix up your place for sale? I am also a Realtor licensed in California, so I am qualified to offer suggestions on the projects that will do the most to increase the value of your home. Email me for photos of my work. I am also willing to help the Do-it-yourselfers on projects if desired. No job too small ($70 minimum) Sorry, I do not speak Spanish

Gerry had not installed new construction type of windows before. We worked together on the project and got it done quickly and nicely. Construction trades like the rest of life, always goes better if you are a quick learner. One person cant know everything, its how well you respond to a challenge that counts. Also being likable is a big plus.

I hired Gerry to remove lighting, install lighting, repair drywall and moldings as well as install a new toilet. Gerry's work is exemplary but more important he was always on time, communicates very well and cleans up after himself! I intend to hire Gerry again in the near future.

Gerry is not only a very kind and considerate man, but he is also excellent at his trade. I had him hang a few flat screen tv's and hide the cords behind the wall and he did an amazing job. Not only was the work done quickly & efficiently, but he exceeded my expectations. Overall I would rate Gerry a 6 if I could and the price was extremely reasonable.

I had a bathroom project that went entirely out of control and Gerry came in and took care of me; his work was first-rate and he was very professional, very personable, and very reasonable! My only regret is in taking so long to write a review, but at least I can say everything has held up as perfectly as when he finished the job several months ago. I would recommend him in a heart-beat to anyone!
