This project took months to complete...the weather was not an issue...the front lawn was destroyed from lumber, tools sawdust, etc. Unfortunately, we had a signed contract for another job. and already gave him a 50% deposit on that job...we got a call saying he was not finishing it. we now have to try to rectify this in small claims court. He sent two inexperienced vagrant guys here to try to finish the job (because he was busy working on a more profitable job) Those guys had no idea what they were doing. Taken some of his tools and eventually were let go. We were left with walls and trim need to be re-done. Beware not to judge a book by its cover... Roberto walks the walk and talks the talk...looks very trustworthy but shook my husbands hand and agreed to finish the job two days before calling him and telling him to kiss off. I cannot tell you had disappointed we are with this contractor. We are usually better at determining someones character and trustworthiness. My husband who just had surgery is now left with a partial shed and a driveway that is a mess... I hope it gets posted this time otherwise I will not be able to trust any HomeAdvisor contractors.
