There was a problem with two missing drain parts in the bathtub, but Max, the owner's son purchased, installed the parts, and finished up the job.

He was responsive and kept the commitment. After revewing the tub he wanted us to pay 200 $ more which we agreed. The quality appears to be reasonably good. . We have to see what happens after a few months. His service and attention to details is considered very good.

They were timely, extremely friendly, made recommendations, wanted to do the best job possible and reasonably priced. Great price if you consider comparing replacement to resurface. Very satisfied and recommended to my neighbor who had a similar experience.

Looks great and done on time

Mark was very friendly and easy to work with and on schedule. The quality was not quite what I expected, but I did not do enough research beforehand to know what to expect completely. He did take care of the problem areas in my two tubs and the surround after the initial work. Both look better than before the resurfacing. He did accidentally paint the faucet and then replaced it for me, but it turned out to be leaking so I ended up having to have a plumber replace it again.

Both Mark and Max were very professional and the results were wonderful! There were a few places that needed to be addressed after the initial work was done and was done promptly and we are very pleased with how our kitchen sink looks! Thank you GetAGrip!
