Hired them to install two tvs. One was above a fireplace which I initially was not planning on doing because Ive heard hanging above a fireplace is not a great idea. After talking with the owner though, he insisted that they do it ALL the time and it wouldnt be a problem. They quoted me $450 for both which was higher than other places but they seemed reputable and confident they could do it correctly so I decided to pay a little more. The crew showed up and after asking if we had various tools because they couldnt find some of theirs they did the first tv, which is mounted crooked. They then took a break, being payed hourly. After that, they started on the tv above the fireplace. They couldnt find any studs but were confident they could make it work so they drilled holes in the wall and placed the tv mount. They then realized that the wall would not support a tv. So we had holes in our wall and no tv. The crew said they could try to find studs behind the wall but it would cost another $200 and they didnt think they could make it work and recommend not trying it. So we told them to just stop. They left us with one crooked tv, two holes in our wall and a box of trash they didnt even bother to take with them. I called the owner and told him what happened. He didnt apologize once. He spent 10 minutes trying to make excuses why this was okay and they would come back out for $200 and finish it. Of course this was after his crew had told us that they wouldnt continue because they didnt think it would work. I understand mounting above a fireplace could be complicated. But the owner convinced me that they could do it. So I payed them more than I could have the TVs mounted elsewhere. The crew convinced us that they could do it even though they said they couldnt find any studs to mount it to. No mention that it may cost an extra several hundred dollars before they just started cutting holes in our wall. Then the crew basically told us they couldnt recommend continuing because they didnt think they could do it while the owner again is saying, oh we can definitely get it to work... for another $200. Now Im out $450 and have to pay someone else to come in and fix their mess. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company.

Bob and his crew did a really nice job, for literally a THIRD the estimate from a bigger, national company. And when you call, they are able to serve you either that day or the next. They were able to install and mount my TV, and kept all the cables hidden, which was not easy, given the location they had to fish the wires. Bob came by later and set up my replacement projector TV as well. Very happy with our two projects!

Friendly, on time, and they go all out to make sure your satisfied with their work. They do a good job cleaning up after the install.

They should have two men come to the job and not one.

Professional, allowed me to reschedule my appointment for another day with ease and once in my house communicated all steps of job which made me comfortable.

I installed ethernet cabling throughout the house. It was a difficult job that took 2 workers 6 hours. Because it got late, they had to leave before testing everything thoroughly. I discovered the network was not working at full speed, so the business owner came over the next evening to troubleshoot. It took 2 more hours, but he fixed it. Not a profitable installation for him, but he is the kind of person who makes sure the job is done right. The price was extremely reasonable, and I would hire this company for any additional work.

These guys were awesome. They knew what i wanted, got the work done timely, cleaned up and ensured i was satisfied. Definitely would recommend them

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Slight nit-pick is that I had some follow up questions that took a little longer than I liked to get a response (I'm impatient), but I would certainly hire them again.

same day service and everything done just as I wanted

Bob did a wonderful job installing new cat 6 cabling to 2 of our upstairs rooms. He also ran new cabling from our Google Fiber to a switch in the basement and repaired 2 other lines that were not working. He was great to work with and did a very professional job. Great customer service and was very easy to talk to and explained everything well. I would highly recommend. Great install and he did a lot of great troubleshooting to help correct any problems that were caused by the previous home owners. Now everything works great and looks great.

Bob did nice job to setting up the network on different location of the house and making sure everything works. Very friendly and helpful.
