Mike was excellent. He installed our antenna and other related devices. He exceeded my expectations and was sure that I understood everything that I needed to know to be sure there would be no problems after he left. Michael Williams was very knowledgable and detailed. He mounted the TV, installed a cable run, and installed an electrical outlet. No wires were showing; the tv was mounted very securely. He cleaned up his work area.... a great job! Also, as a value added, he looked at our telephone wiring which was having a problem hanging up; he accurately diagnosed the problem as a faulty ground wire. I will definitely use Get Connected again as we put together our Theatre room. Good folk!

While the installer had great difficulty locating the satellites once the antennae were installed, and even though he dropped the triple LNBF off the roof twice onto the driveway concrete, and even though he did not install the DISH 1000.2 antennae as high on the eve as requested, and even though the installation does not include the ground wire for the two DISH antennae; we are generally pleased with the work and the attitude during the installation.
