I no longer have the mice.

Responded quickly,set trap in my yard...has been in same spot for 10days..I have left a number of messages but no response from the company Tyler seemed like a knowledgeable and dedicated person ...something appears to be making him unable to call me back

Tyler was very knowledgeable and did quality work.

Tyler was super responsive during the hiring process, which was great. Now that we paid for services, he is not as responsive and does not come out as often as he lead me to believe he would. He is nice and apologetic but that only goes so far, especially when days go by without hearing from him at all.

Tyler did not show up for the scheduled time for two of the two appointments. He said that it was due to problems with his work truck and a family emergency. He also asked for the funds up front before all the services were rendered. I would recommend putting on a credit card for additional protection and not paying until all is completed. The tree rat traps for the attic were placed all around the opening from the garage rather than necessary spots to actually catch the rodents. An outside spot covered with galvanized steel was found to not be secured with screws, so the tree rats found an escape route and entrance point. I had to hire another company to complete the job.

Tyler always was very polite, always promised to come at a certain time but never followed thru. Promised to watch the trap and move it if needed but never came when he said he would....I finally just cancelled the service... I was told h would refund my money... let s just see if he follows through on that promise.

Tyler is exceptionally professional, and courteous. We are still in the middle of pest removal for ringtail cats, but are impressed with his thoroughness and intent to prevent the animals from re-entering the house. I would highly recommend Get Em' Gone.

He did a great job at my 93 year old mother's house. We got a skunk in a feral cat trap that afternoon. He arrived and save the day and night of my mom worrying.

They did a great job keeping the squirrels out of the attic.frienfly and did a great cleanup.

Job is not finished but so far Tyler has done everything he said he would do. Iâ ve been troubled with rats in my attic for years always with a temporary fix. It will be worth the money if the problem is eliminated.

Tyler and Mark did a fantastic job of getting rid of our raccoon critters in our attic. Critters departed on first nite and never returned! Great job guys!! Fair and honest folks who get the job done. Certainly recommend.

Tyler was very polite and professional and honest. He went above and beyond to help us rid our attic of a family of 7 racoons. His goal was to get them out safely and hopefully keep the mamma with her 6 babies. He accomplished this and more. I would recommend him and get em gone too anyone.

Tyler provided a thorough inspection and presented a detailed plan to remove raccoons. He also helped with creating an extensive preventative plan to stop the raccoons reentry. I would recommend

I lost my beloved dog to a snake huge rattlesnake and these guys not only through my yard but they went through the vacant lot I think the snake came from me recommendations they were awesome and very knowledgeable I will hire them again if need be but I hope I don't they not only do snakes but they also are Humane to other animals

Awesome customer service! Tyler was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He was able to get rid of the pesky raccoons in my crawlspace with the best estimate. He explained everything in detail and made sure to stay in communication with me during the entire course of the job.
