Our House painting project looks no better now than it did before it was started. One day after the job was completed paint is peeling off the house and bare wood is showing through. No preparation work or very little was done prior to the painting. I have had 2 other contractors look at the house and am told it is the worst job they have ever seen. I want a refund less the cost of paint. I have never painted a house but could have done better myself. They have not contacted us since missing 3 scheduled appointments to help resolve yhe issues. I have taken pictures of the house and am prepared to follow up with legal action if needed.

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
He is not an honest person and has been lying about the status of our building permit for the last 2 months. We had to go to the city and county before finding out that this contractor has not even applied for the permit we payed him to obtain 2.5 months ago. Meanwhile he continues to phone us with permit status updates that are completely and utterly false. He contrives excuses for his absences and it took him over a month to sheetrock one 15x15 basement room (with 3 workers).
