Get Fixxed Appliance Repair

Very polite!

Bill came out promptly and assessed the situation. My stacked washer and dryer required two men and a dolly to be able to work on the washer. Bill was able to source a second man to help and completed the repair. The longest wait was for the part needed to come in. I took off 1/2 star because I felt that communication with regards to appointments could've been more complete. I will definitely use Bill again for any appliance repair I may need in the future.

We paid for a part that we never received.

I had to change my review as Bill had to return twice to fix no heat in dryer issue. Dryer still isn'tt working--no heat. I left 2 messages for him--no reply. He was paid over $200 for time and parts.. Disappointing to say the least.

Worked with me even though I was going out of town and scheduled with me to meet up with my roommate to fix my washer so it would be ready when I got back. Super friendly, great work, and I'd definitely hire again.

The repairman was very nice but really didn t know what was wrong. He did a diagnostic and than shocked the washer. It worked for 1 load then stopped spinning again. Called and left a message, he never returned my call.

Although I thought I was going to repair my washer after he did some diagnostics he told me it wasn't worth repairing. He told me exactly what he would need to replace and the cost compared to the purchase of a new washer. His diagnostic fee was very reasonable and I would use him again for future appliance repair.

Bill was quick to reply for request to repair my dryer. Was here in good time, diagnosed the problem and even waited at my house until we could go and buy a belt for the dryer. This saved 2-3 days by having to order.. Bill is polite & has great customer service. I highly recommend his company.
