Terrible communication problems throughout the process. No project manager ever oversaw the work. I would not recommend this company.

My wood floor is beautiful. Thanks to the installer who caught problems ahead of time and was able to correct the builders mistakes. Get flooring was easy to work with and their installers are top notch. I would gladly use or recommend them again.

On time, project done as requested, overall nice job! Discuss ahead of time what materials you need to get versus what they will get and you’re good to go. I am using them again for another project.

GetFlooring did a great job tearing up tile, installing wood floor, and sanding wood floor to match the new stain. The crew did a great job and the quality met my high expectations.

Working with Get Flooring was a solid experience. Their system of having a contact person easily available for you is a solid asset. We had some slight scheduling snafus at the onset which caused a slight delay of two days, but after that the work progressed smoothly and with good communication. Our contact person Kimberly was available anytime for questions/concerns. We had existing tile removed, two rooms refinished, and 3 rooms get new hardwood. The floor look gorgeous, and our installer did a great job connecting what we had and making the entire space cohesive. All of the newly installed floors are creak-free, which is pretty amazing for me. Every house I've ever lived in has had very creaky floors before this. The estimate was clearly talked through and was what we paid in the end, no surprises. No home project is without stress or the need to communicate, but working with Get Flooring was a very positive experience for me!

Get Flooring helped me out greatly when my kitchen floor got wet due to flooding. They went out of their way to get it quoted and installed in 3 days!! Great job and great customer service!!

They did a pretty good job. They installed natural slate flooring in our kitchen. I asked them to use a different underlayment to minimize the height difference from the living room to the kitchen, which I don?t think the installers had a lot of experience with but still managed to do pretty good work. Communication wasn?t great prior to starting the project but they did what I asked and did it on time, so no hard judgement.

The carpet install was done within a reasonable time and the workmanship was excellent.

Paul and his team were very communicative from the start and they were able to work within my time frame. I had a kitchen backsplash tiled and it was done very well. Would use again and recommend.

The team did a great job on the floors we had installed (hardwood flooring, tile, and carpet runner). The real issue was in the coordination and project management. It seemed that we could not get everyone on the same page with the timing of the various activities. Understanding that they and many other contractors are stretched thin right now, we were living day-to-day not certain who would show up or when they would be done. Better communications would have helped everyone. In the end, the work was completed and done very well. One additional note, they do not do design consultations, so make sure you know what you want and the materials you are going to use. We had to make a change on the fly because of how things came together. Get Flooring was accommodating, but it did cause some confusion.

Overall good experience

I got quotes from the top 3 rated businesses on Home Advisor for my 5 room carpet project. Get Flooring gave the best quote. I had my project scheduled for the next week. Installers showed up at 9am exactly and worked straight through 7 hours. Professional, on time, and hard working installers did a good job. We are happy and have already recommended to others

I asked Get Flooring to install hardwood flooring in 2/3 of the house. Excellent overall work with just a "little extra" needed on my part to ensure the little things were done. Jeff and Paul, and Alfonso, the subcontractor, were very responsive. For example, they did a great job ensuring the new flooring was level when laid over the existing flooring. (I needed to do this to ensure the flooring throughout the house was level.) Yet to get to that solution required I convince them after researching the situation myself. Also, I paid extra to have them install baseboard molding, and the flooring wholseller they worked with delivered the wrong type of molding without wearing masks, which I got caught up in in bit. These were little that led to a less than 5 star rating; nonetheless, I'd use them again, no doubt.

Paul was very helpful and worked around my schedule. Workers did a great job and cleaned up. Floors look great.

Paul owner of Get Flooring did a thourough job at my house. He delivered everything he promised to do. He responds to phone calls and does a follow-up when needed. I used his services for flooring, paint, carpet and backsplah. All his staff are knowledgeable and professional as well. They complete their task and do a follow up when needed. I am very pleased with his services and I do recommend Get Flooeing for sure.

The team at Get Flooring was great from start to finish. I had them replace tiles on the floor in the bathrooms and in the shower and it looks great! The team was always available to answer questions and I will definitely be using Get Flooring for my future remodeling needs!
