Kevin did an excellent job. I passed my clearance test effortlessly. While the other companies suggested additional measures ($$) , he pointed out alternatives that where more economical. Mold is serious but sometimes its overblown in order to get you to spend more money. You can't go wrong using Kevin Sutherland
