Get-R-Done Garage Doors

I requested troubleshooting on an outside control opener, which he never looked at. His helper started unloading a new opener as CJ was convincing me the control board on the actual opener was bad. He never intended to troubleshoot anything, just wanted to sell the new opener. Spent a lot of time adjusting the travel of my door, putting new rollers in the track, made some adjustments to the track. The door only worked one time after he left, and when I contacted him to return and make it right he is not available to return, and if he did, he does not think anything he would do will be covered under the warranty so he will need to charge for another service call. With his attitude, I think I will be safer calling another company to get my door functioning again. Wish I had had him at my house! DO NOT HIRE!
