Replaced pressure tank. Upfront explained the problem and was very friendly. Also explained what on going maintenance for a pressure tank should be and how it should be done. And very considerate of the fact that it had just rained 5 inches and didn't want to drive on my grass so it wasn't as easy for him as it could have been.
