John needs to communicate better. At times he was hard to reach and did not show as scheduled.

Hired to repair front porch. Said it would be a one day job. Few hours into the first day, they went home because it was hot out. When they came back and job was done I had to point out things in the contract that were not done. Spindles were very crooked. Whole job took about 3 weeks from beginning to end. Fairly certain pine used was not exterior grade. I still had to finish it with some cedar boards myself. Best thing I can say is that John was very friendly.

John is polite, good with follow-up, thorough, and very reasonably priced. He even made a recommendation to me for the DIY end of my deck refinishing project that worked well and saved me considerable time and money in the end. He was quick to respond. But we are not happy with the stain that he used. It is already coming off.

This was horrible workmanship. The worst part is that He lied to us. He did not Powerwash the back porch and missed many areas on the deck and stained over the dirty deck. Do not hire this man you will be disappointed.

this job was a disaster from the beginning his wife ordered the wrong color stain and then refuse to pay for it
