He seems like a nice guy. Very friendly and accommodating. I hired him on Home Advisors recommendation as I needed clean up and some repairs after a tenant left. I gave him a down payment to get supplies and a new dishwasher and garbage disposal. The new tenant would not let him in. He never told me. He did not fix the things that were outside of the house that he had ready access to. The new tenant was out four weeks later. He would come periodically to get some things done but never finished the work, always saying he would be back the next day to get it done. Then he left a water hose leaking in the kitchen. Flooded the kitchen with 3 inches of water. Water sat for a least two days. Current damages are over $46,000. He has not responded to requests for his insurance coverage. He will not give me a break down of what he is charging me. Other than a clean up after which a tv and my security hub were missing, nothing was completed. He will tell you he is getting a license but he is not. Stay away from this one. And shame on Home Advisor for recommending this one.

They missed the first appointment because they put it on the wrong week on their calendar. Then they were three hours late to the second appointment. Didn't arrive until 7:30 in the evening. Left at 10:30 at night and the job was still not working properly. The only saving grace was he didn't charge me for the visit.
