when I first hired Jimmy, the owner of "Get it Done Handyman Services" to do work at my home he seem to be very professional and did a pretty good job, There were a couple of areas that were not up to par and jimmy told me he would be back at the end of the week.this was back in Aug.I have called him many times and I always got the same answer we would come out the following week. As of Dec. Mr Jimmy Thompso still has not called or completed the work that was promise. There was a contract and there was a year guaranteed and I paid for the work. One of the areas was the regrouting of the shower floor which has now fallen all out.

Jimmy and his plumber showed up on time, completed the high quality work quickly and were very pleasant. I've found my plumber in Wilmington.

Mr. Thompson and his crew were very professional; stuck to the timeframe they promised, and delivered a beautiful deck. If I was to described the experience in 2 words, I would say 'very satisfied'. The cost, the materials used, the time it took to complete the job and the professionalism shown, was all appreciated. Thank you Service Magic for recommending Get it Done Handyman Service.

i hired GET IT DONE. they were great. although they got lost and didn't show for the 7am pick up, they more than made up for it by coming back to my house twice that day and getting the job done just the way i needed it. great attitudes.
