Jimmy Nilaj and his team are the contractors we have ever worked with. He started by gut renovating my parents’ apartment for us and we have heavily leaned on him on the work needed in our almost 100 year old house. He is completely honest, thoughtful, patient and always willing to talk you through the project. The work is always delivered on time and with the care of an individual that not only stands by their work, but also treats the job as it were for his own home. You could not do any better than Jimmy - thank you!

Jimmy Nilaj and his team of workers are the absolute best! They completely remodeled our two bathrooms and did an outstanding job. They even did the work on a tighter schedule- did much of the work while we were away on a one week vacation in August which was very welcomed since we came back had to jump right into back to school routine. And the quality of work was top notch plus they meticulously cleaned up after each day. We had high expectations since many other families in our co-op had used Jimmy and his company for various renovations and they managed to surpass our expectations! I am next going to have them replace all of our old doors.

Jimmy and his crew are amazing. They painted the exterior of our house and did a full renovation of our lower level. The workers are polite, neat, fast and responsive. Highly recommend!!

Jimmy and his team are absolutely incredible! We worked with them to redo the floors in our new house, remove wallpaper from all the bedrooms and give everything a fresh coat of paint. The team worked fast and were extremely communicative through the entire process. To top it all off, his entire family helped us move into our new house once the renovations were complete. It truly felt like we were working with an extension of our own family the entire time.

Jimmy did a beautiful gut renovation for me 5 years ago. He had helped me maintain it over the years to make sure it stays looking great. He is talented and has great integrity. Highly recommend.
