we hired him to install Wi-Fi for 14 classrooms and a office for our church, and all of us are enjoying it. He is so kind to explain the system and managing the security.

Due to the way my home is constructed, the job as originally estimated and outlined could not be completed. Franco was great and worked really hard to come up with a work around that stayed within my budget. Alternative solution that would work was suggested but I did not want to pursue it based on added expense and what was involved construction-wise in the revised approach. I so appreciated Franco's professionalism, fair treatment, honesty and effort. Those are rare qualities to come by in any industry and definitely worth the five star rating.

The work was for my residence in a high rise condo in Fairfax County, require permitting for electrical that meets commercial code. Franco worked with me to ensure he had all the data for successful permitting. Then he and Mike came out and did outstanding work installing recessed lights in four areas of my condo (advised options wonderfully!), created a new installation from scratch for a chandelier, installed below and above cabinet lighting for my kitchen, which I love, and he consolidated my electronics (signal and power) into one closet so I could use RF remote control for my TV, leaving a very clean "just the TV on the wall" installation - no visible cable boxes or BluRay players. BAM! Do I sound happy? I am very happy. Call Franco. He's trustworthy in your home and with your precious electrical work. Bob

Franco was outstanding in his knowledge, customer services and ability to complete a project with precision. He came in with the initial estimate and quickly sent the quote. He arrived at the time scheduled for both days. Upon completion he ensured everything was tested and the areas were clean from trash and debris. I would highly recommend hiring GDS at any time.

Franco was efficient, responsive and very cost effective. I talked to him at 2 PM and he arrived later that afternoon and gave me a quote. He had the work done in 48 hours and verey competitive. Technician provided a free estimate, returned on time with all of the materials to perform the job. Completely reconnected my entire house with the cables that were hidden behind the walls at no additional charge. I would definitely hire for additional projects.

Considering the difficulty of the job, Franco did a fantastic job. I had him run some CAT5e cable to some new drops. It was also great that he was flexible on the price if I provided the material. I would recommend him to anyone needing this kind of work done in their home.

I would use Giannone's again in the future, although I found his price to be a little expensive, he seemed to be in the average price range. Franco himself was a pleasure to work with.

Franco was fantastic. After spending 3 days trying to find someone to fix my network panel Franco came right out to my house as soon as I called. He went to several stores to find the necessary part and came back to fix the problem. I highly recommend him!!

It prob. sounds like I'm a shill for Franco, but I needed a data jack moved from one office wall to the other, yesterday, and Franco came thru, same day I called, and for a very fair price. And, he was very professional, courteous, responsive, prompt. What can I say? I'd work w/ him again.
