We had a great experience with Giant Plumbing and couldn't be happier with the outcome. After a previous water line repair by another company didn't meet our criteria, code, or accepted plumbing standards, Don carefully evaluated the situation, clearly explained what needed to be corrected, and handled everything professionally from start to finish. They fully removed the prior work, rebuilt the system to code, and completed the job exactly to our specifications. Their communication was excellent throughout -- thoughtful, transparent, and never rushed -- and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. The final result is clean, secure, and exactly what we had hoped for from the beginning. It was a huge relief to work with a licensed professional who takes pride in doing things the right way. We would absolutely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I had a gas leak under the ground and the gas provider shut off gas line because of general inspection. Home Advisor provided me two companies to call for estimates for my project. Giant Plumbing responded very quickly and came to my home to give me the estimate. The project has been delayed for three days because of my decision. Finally I decide to go through Home Advisor and the turn out was great. Next time I will recommend the company Giant Plumbing, although the price is a little on the high side.

Quick to respond to request. We discussed everything that needed to be done and I agreed on the price. Different person showed up to do the work and did not know the details of what was discussed to be done. A couple of things were not done as agreed on with the first guy. He cleaned up inside but left garbage outside the house on the ground without asking me where I would like it or even letting me know it was there.

Well I had a broken pipe, they responded immediately. Instead of fixing the one break, I had them re-pipe, which they did promptly. This required lots of sheet rock to be opened up to install new pipe. They put down tarps to collect the debris. But when it was time to leave, they just shook the tarps out in place, right onto the carpet. They accidently broke a window in the process. That took a week and half to fix, and it was just a simple single pane window. Then I asked them to fix the sheet rock. That took two weeks to fit into their schedule.

I was told the charges would be flat rate (not time and materials). The plumber called the office to tell them what needed and I was quoted a rate, which I accepted. When parts were needed for a toilet tank leak, the plumber didn't know what to do to get them, and the office did not respond to three of his calls. He left without completing the work. Later he returned with the parts, but charged me for them. He did not have and forms for a receipt, so I needed to sit by the computer while the office emailed me a bill so I could take the check out to the plumber who was waiting in the car. And the toilet tank is still leaking.
