Giant Roofing and Exteriors, LLC

How do I love thee(Giant Roofing), let me count the ways...lol 1. Quality product, customer service and top-notch workmanship 2. If you want a job done "yesterday", Josh @ Giant Roofing is your man. He expedited our project, no dragging of feet, twiddling thumbs, waiting around for days/weeks to get the job done unlike other procrastinating companies. 3. Josh took care of ALL the usually dreaded insurance claim stuff (which btw, shoutout to Randall Chewning, State Farm, who is phenomenal to work with. Highly recommend Randall too) We didn't have to lift a finger except for one horrible thing, move our vehicles out of the driveway. boohoo! lol 4. Josh was consistently ON-SITE to oversee entire project, unlike other contractors who drop the workers off and then mysteriously disappear for hours 5. We are the kind of people who appreciates how a contractor treats the manual laborers with RESPECT as fellow humans. No yelling, screaming, ordering around in a condescending attitude. Josh actually was friendly conversing with the workers. Heck, he even helped unload supplies! Other contractors we've seen treat the workers like menial grunt workers, nothing else. 6. Unbeknownest to us, our previous sucky roofer cut a lot of corners, took cheap shortcuts (e.g. shingles were just slapped over vent HOLES, yes holes, on roof with nothing between the two) Josh should post before and after photos. Josh ordered extra decking sheets as well as flashing to make sure the roof was completely intact and FINALLY weatherproof. Our roof is now for practically a lifetime thanks to Josh! 7. Cleanup was pristine, including nails. No debris. You would never know anything happened on the property by the end of day. 8. Josh @ Giant Roofing is a friendly, personable, honest, go-getter. We appreciated his constant communciation to keep us updated. He is interested in quality, craftmanship for his business as well as taking a real interest in the community (check out what he is doing for the youths in our County) 9. Oh, Did I mention the quality product, customer service and top-notch workmanship? ;) 6 STARS!! Totally recommend Josh @ Giant Roofing & Exteriors in Nicholasville and we are fine with anyone wanting more info to contact and/or view our particular project.

Josh has been amazing to deal with. My insurance company has been a nightmare, to say the least. Three houses within 200 feet of mine have hail/wind damage and new roofs, yet my insurance company initially refused to cover anything. Josh personally came out and verified multiple areas of wind and hail damage. After many battles, multiple inspectors, and multiple trips to my house, Josh finally got everything approved! I would highly recommend Giant to anyone in need of a roof. They have gone above and beyond for me, and I truly believe they will do the same for you!

Made the entire process easy as falling out of bed!

Quick and easy to deal with…great guys over there Josh is really helpful

Josh and his roofing crew did an excellent job on our roof and made sure they didn't leave a mess behind. Josh went above and beyond to work with our insurance company and help get the claim resolved, we would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.
