I used them for stairs in previous house. Now they did my new house remodel: 2 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, many closets, all the baseboards, a sewing desk and cabinets, a wall of desk and shelves, six bathroom vanities, and special vanity in an antique dresser. Their work is unsurpassed, excellent, and precise. I cannot impress sufficiently the quality they presented, the timeliness, the professionalism, and the extra mile that they went for me. It is a family run business and they have their heart in it.

We hired Gibin's Customs Stairs and Millwork to update the staircase in our home. The experience was extraordinary from start to finish. Celso was extremely helpful and had the experience and the knowledge to help us guide the project and realize our design ideas and esthetic. The work was priced extremely fairly and the crew was efficient and considerate throughout the process. The materials used were all extremely high quality, as was the workmanship. The project was completed on time and on budget and we were completely satisfied with the completed work. We are so impressed and pleased with the work Mr. Gibins and his crew did on our stairs. After installing new wood floors, we needed our stairs refinished to match our floors. Mr Gibins refinished the posts, handrails, skirt and cap and installed new iron Balusters. He did the whole job in three days and the result is fantastic. Far beyond our expectations. What a pleasure to do business with such an honest man. Would recommend him anytime.

Before we hired Celso, we had several companies give us an estimate and ideas for the staircase. Some did just the rails, some did just the stairs and no-one company did it all EXCEPT for Celso. He came in and told us exactly what needed to be done and how he would do it. We hired him on the spot. He came in the following week and the work couldn't have gone smoother. Celso was the only company that I had requested a bid from that was willing to do everything it took to complete the job, from repairing tile from the old stairs to complete staining and finishing. Celso is a knowledgeable professional with an excellent eye for detail and style. He designed a unique stairway that met the image in my mind's eye perfectly. His suggestions were very helpful, and his attention to the details was much appreciated. The project included building half walls, the use of wainscoting, painting, and installing doors. Every aspect of the job was completed beautifully. I was informed of the work's progress and given every opportunity for feedback throughout the project. Workmen were tireless and very competent.
