Ken, the owner, was friendly, informative and a great communicator. He followed up on all of my questions and requests to make sure I was happy with the equipment and the price I was paying. He really cares about customer satisfaction while taking care of his staff. Installation was completed in one day. The technician Cameron worked alone but was efficient and made sure the area was clean. Upon arrival, he noticed a dent in the furnace so he took the time to go get a different one. His integrity and commitment to quality really impressed us. Highly recommend!

I can’t honestly rate the value for the money I spend because I won’t be able to run the AC system until spring. However if the service they have provided is any indication the system will be top notch. Gibson is rare find these days.

Ken and his apprentice did a great job replacing my furnace and AC unit. They arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. Their expertise was evident in that there were no hidden costs or surprises. I am also satisfied with the price points I was given. They were very thorough from explaining the different models to explaining the newly installed equipment that I chose. I highly recommend them to any homeowner who needs an update and needs to get the best value for their money.

Ken Gibson answers the phone (himself) when you call. Pricing was explained before they came out. The appointment was around my schedule. They were prompt, knowledgeable, polite. The estimate and options were explained properly and the work was done in a timely manner. I would use them again.
