I hired these gents for a fairly large project. They installed over 200 feet of sewer lines 5 feet deep, and over 150 feet of water lines. They were very friendly and quick. The day they started they had a little over 15 people at my property. Took three days, however still a lot quicker than I though it would take. My only complaint would be when I paid them, they had an issue with my check. It was a rather large check and his bank wanted to put a hold on it. So I had to find a way to pay him since it was higher than my daily limit for three days. (Would have taken 4 days to get all the money out due to the limit). But either way I would hire these guys any and every single time. Well done guys.

Though very polite, the technician did not fix anything. Before he even looked at the unit, he mentioned replacing it. Our cost us $125 for no repair or answers. We contacted another company for a second opinion. Water heater is now fixed and doing very well.

They provided very courteous and professional service and took care of issues that could be problematic in the future, would highly recommend them for overall quality of job performance.

They did a great job in a timely manner. My only comment was I thought it was extremely expensive. But we needed it done so I okay to charge.

I had a dripping shower. The first pro came in and water leaked all over my basement. He did not finish the job and I could not use my shower for 5 days. The second pro came in and fixed the shower but the first time I took a shower the knob broke off - rendering the shower unusable again. I called the pro and he suggested I put the old knob back on myself. I had to go out of town. I am not looking forward to a broken shower when I get back home in 4 days. I am kind of upset.

I was unaware of a "trip charge" or I would have hired one of the other Paducah Plumbers; also the charge for the new faucet was outrageous as the exact same item was $35 vs. the charge of $81.57. ALWAYS ASK FOR A WRITTEN or EMAIL COST ESTIMATE BEFORE HAVING YOUR WORK PERFORMED.

These folks do an excellent job. However, they replaced two faucets under the kitchen sink, and an outside hydrant. The total time was just over an hour. The bill was $275.52. In my opinion, that is extravagant.

said he would call the water company for me, never did. said he would call me the next morning, never did. never showed back up, called this morning and was told id get a call back and never did. im baffled

Great job, explained things, etc. All waste was in a basket & not on the garage floor. Hope our daughter in MD finds a company this good for her plumbing project.
