Giddings Enterprises

I am not on the Big Island so I could not supervise or see how the work was being done, had to rely on my tenents. The job required a fix to some stairs to be able to pass inspection. Mr Giddings worked on it twice and both times it did not pass inspection until the third time and after I had to explain to him how it needed to be done. He also told me it was a temorary fix which to me was not acceptable. I asked him why was it not a permenant fix and he stated that it was because I told him I was on a budget. I wanted the work to be a a permenant fix and would have found the money to have the job done properly the first time. Not happy

Kept me informed on all the projects he has done for me. He enclosed my front porch. I can now sit out and enjoy the view, and you can't even tell there was screens installed. Very pleased. He power washed and painted my home. He and his wife make a great team. I had problems with snails, and my paint was coming off where they clawed, it looked like there was not primer on the house. His wife went and got primer and they took care of everything. He has even worked on my above ground pool area. Anyone uses Michael's services will be very pleased
