I hate to write a review like this but this company has potential but they have to get their act together. They showed up a day early which was great, we did a detailed walk through and agreed again on price. They asked if they could start that day which was fine, they installed 5 of the 16 cameras and planned to return the next day to complete the job. Arrived on time the next morning. There was a part they didnt have to complete the run and I went to the store to retrieve it. Upon my return they wanted to raise the price $198 because they made a mistake on the additional work. That is when they lost any future business from me or my friends. we did a detailed walk through the day before, that was the time to discuss a price change. Rule number one: YOU NEVER MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKES. On top of that nothing changed on the project except me having to go the store to get a part. They had to use my fish tape to pull the wire because they didnt have one. Rule number two: BRING ALL REQUIRED EQUIPMENT TO COMPLETE THE JOB. Then to make matters worse they didn;t complete the job that day. They came back a week later. Rule number three: YOU FINISH THE JOB WHEN YOU START THE JOB. I had climbed through my attic and pulled the wires for the cameras so I would have some surveillance on my property until they returned. Nice enough guys but I cannot recommend them.

When you're looking for professional service and expertise, these are the Gentlemen to do the job right. They kept me informed what they were doing answered all my questions, were absolutely considerate and professional, all wires were out of sight, cameras were mounted perfectly. These are the guys you want doing the job for you. Thanks Guys.

Gideon Loss Prevention Agency installed three surveillance cameras at my residence. The installation was done efficiently and professionally. In fact, the cameras functioned better than I expected and the accompanying software was very user friendly. They have camera systems to fit any environment and they are very competitively priced.

We hired Gideon Loss Prevention Agency for security system options consultation and estimates for equipment and labor. Lionel Arredondo went above and beyond my expectations. He listened to our concerns, then made recommendations for what best suited our situation. Lionel demonstrated excellent, open, two way communication, and we then hired him for the installation and set up of this home security system which was perfect for us and was within his initial estimate.
