We have used Gifford Roofing twice now for 2 different houses, to do several roof repairs. We had a great experience with them both times. They do quality work and everyone including office staff and those in the field, are professional, efficient, and responsive. They show up on time and clean up thoroughly when the job is done. Great communication. Highly recommend it.

I am late with this review as my roof was installed a while ago but it still looks great and has held up well! The team was very professional. They took good care of my plants, the deck furniture and cleaned up perfectly after they were done. Everything went very smoothly and completely very quickly. I previously used Gifford for my roof back in 2019 which is one main reason why I went back to them for house Hardi siding. Adam was my sales rep and provided good recommendations in choosing which siding would enhance the overall look. Adam was also the Project Manager and kept me informed as far as timing; when the gutters needed to come down, how the existing carport would be attached to the house as well as incorporating my existing security cameras. He was also responsive to any questions/concerns I had. Ruben was the main installer, knowledgeable and very skilled. The whole crew was diligent and focused.

The owner of Gifford Roofing is the definition of a Neighbor. He responded promptly to my text after hours and was able to schedule a visit for my concern the next business day. He is professional, courteous, and fair. My only regret is that I did not find him sooner for previous roofing needs! I will continue to use him in the future. I contacted Gifford Roofing to make a repair to the siding on my home. I worked with Adam and he was great. He is very courteous and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. From the first contact, I could tell that Gifford Roofing was a cut above the other roofing companies I had contacted over the past 12 months.The folks at Gifford were always on time for their appointments and always delivered on their promises on or before the time they had promised. I knew what was happening every step of the way. My home is 115 years old (historical) and so required some extra work on the permits, but Adam stuck it thru and represented my needs to the city and ultimately negotiated a good compromise with historic value and modern protection from the elements. The workers were always on time and worked diligently. They cleaned the whole yard of debris and nails and stacked their materials and equipment every day before going home. I feel the job they did was priced right.The Gifford crew always seemed to have my needs and the aesthetics of my home in mind. They did a beautiful job.

If you want it done right call Gifford Roofing. Such a nice company to do business with. Called a few other companies for quotes and a couple of them could not do the job due to not having some one who does repairs. Gifford does it all. Very thorough in the inspection. Pointed out a few items that needed attention that I was not aware of. Their quote was in the ballpark. Ended up paying a little more than the quote due to more repair work needed to replace more  boards and fascia  than anticipated ,of which I was made aware of at time of the estimate. They did a great job removing  and installing the new roof . Did a fantastic clean up  removing all the debris . Very happy with all the work they did. Fantastic crew that worked to getter professionally . My wife and I just love the look of the new roof. I highly recommend Gifford Roofing to any one needing repair or a total new roof.

Gifford Roofing Company has really helped us to change the whole look of our house by replacing our old roof with a new metallic one.  Also, our old roof was really tethered and we were really scared thinking about the difficulty to take it off. But you guys really managed all the work with great precision. No harm was done to the existing structure. The color, texture and quality of the new roof are just superb. I called Richard Gifford because of a possible roof leak. Gifford Roofing came by, inspected the roof, found the leak and some missing shingles in a different location, and quickly took care of the problem for a great price.

I called Richard needing some repairs to my roof. They replaced shingles and fixed my roof in less than 24 hours. Easy to do business with and a great company. I would recommend them to anyone.
