They have been very transparent throughout the process as well, as the current pandemic has made building a more difficult process than normal. Awesome design center! They allow you total control over your new home, its like remodeling your whole house at one time. The staff was super knowledgeable and helpful.

Gifford Roofing did an awesome job after receiving hail damage to my roof and gutters. Adam sat down and explained every detail of the job and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. Adam and his team were wonderful. Did precisely what was called out on the work agreement. No hidden charges, no added fees. Work was started on time and completed in less than one day. The yard was cleaned up beautifully. I found no trash or nails anywhere. The work completion form was sent to my insurance company the very next day. If you want a professional and reliable roofing company, Gifford Roofing is the company to call.

My husband and I hired Gifford Homes to finish a remodel that the first contractor had messed up and ended out costing a lot of money. Richard came in and finished the interiors for us and also did a completely new landscape on 2 full acres including redoing a pool, installing all new hard surfaces around the pool area, and an outdoor kitchen bar area. They did a great job and we were so happy to find an honest and well organized contractor. If you have ever built or remodeled before, you know it is tough to find good contractors. I highly recommend Gifford for any construction needs you may have.

We hired Gifford and Gifford to remodel the family room and the master bedroom entertainment walls in our home and could not be happier! Richard has a great eye and is a knowledgable pro, so his ideas about design, materials, execution, and construction were spot on. He handled the project professionally, within our budget, and within our timeframe. As we were traveling at the time of construction, we trusted him with our home and there were no surprises, uh-ohs, or oops! The communication was good despite being gone, and the workmanship quality was excellent. The last 5% of any construction project, which is the detailing and touch up, was handled responsively and to our 100% satisfaction. We can't wait to work with Richard on our kitchen remodel!
