The manager needs to oversee the project. The two helpers were very slow. They did a good job but one was training so it took longer. The were over an hour late.

I have never had my house professionally cleaned before, and I sure wish I had...Gigi's Cleaning did an awesome job. I was in a time crunch to list my house, and they were very accommodating. I had a true estimate (which was lower than I expected and extremely reasonable) within hours of calling and the cleaning the next day. WOW! Who knew something could be so easy? The employees were all very professional, hard working, and friendly. They worked together like a well-oiled machine and did a wonderful job in a lot less time than I thought it would take...I would recommend Gigi's to anyone!

"We reviewed this job which it was completed on Monday the 13th. Our crew supervisor did a walkthrough with the customer and she confirmed everything was good. Two days later on the 15th she called back saying that she had found some spots and we gladly went back and corrected the issue, and did another walkthrough and she was happy with the work. We didn't leave until the work was completed on the second time. Please give us a call back to talk about what was missing so we can gladly fix it."

Whatever they used to clean the top of my stainless steel stove took off all the numbers around my dials and left abrasive marks on it. The stove itself no longer will heat over 200 degrees F. Not sure what is wrong. My wife is not happy!!

"Hello, we reviewed the information on this job. This job was completed exactly 2 weeks ago. During and after the job a team lead as well as a manager checked in with the customer to ensure that the work was being done correctly. Towards the end of the job a manager stopped by to check on everything and all seemed well. When the job was completed a team lead did a walk-through of the entire home with the customer to ensure that the work was correct. The customer did not mention any issues what so ever. Also the days after, we tried to reach out a few times just to be sure that all was well, but never heard back. The team lead mentioned on her"

It was not worth $200, and the job was terrible. She mopped my laminate wood floor that can ruin it. She tried to hide it by turning all of my fans.

"We reviewed the work preformed by the crew. They reported that the fans were on upon arrival and were left on. The floors were mopped using a microfiber cloth mop with the chemical provided by Cindy. When using a laminate wood floor cleaner with a microfiber cloth mop, there is a small amount of moisture left which then quickly dries. Water was not used on any of the laminate wood only on the concrete garage floor and partially on the kitchen tile which was mixed with the product provided by Cindy. Before taking payment the crew supervisor did a walkthrough with Cindy to ensure all work was complete. Afterwards we reached out again via the phone."
