Contact and scheduling with repair service was alittle frustrating, due to his work load, but pricing was very reasonable. Final cost came out lower than anticipated and work was done in 15 minutes, showed up on time - earlier and the dryer belt was replaced very quickly! My dryer stopped turning and needed a new belt kit. Happy with results and would call again.

Came same day and made a good assessment. He said the dishwasher was unrepairable and charged me nothing since he couldn't fix it. Bravo!f I would gladly call Giltech when I need help with appliance repair.

Microwave broke on Christmas Eve in the early afternoon which was a disaster. Giltech called immediately I submitted the request through servicemagic and were at my house 90 mins later. I wasn't sure anyone would still be working Christmas Eve so I was very impressed with the speed and timeliness of the service. The repair was completed that same afternoon.

Very quick service. Had my appliance fixed within 24 hours of it being down. Easily available by phone, and called me on a Sunday afternoon shortly after I submitted my Servicemagic request. A bit more expensive than I had expected, but the convenience made it worth it for me.
