I got an estimate from Gilbert, but when his son showed up he was asking for more money. He was incredibly insistent that his father's estimate did not include everything. He wanted more money. I finally gave him an extra $50 and he backed off but who wants to deal with that? I called Gilbert during this time and he never returned my calls or answered the phone. Even now, he did not return the calls. The windows turned out well but he forgot the screens on the sliding doors.

The workmen showed up in masks, which I appreciated. They power-washed the atrium, which is all glass, the walkway and the siding of the house. Our home never looked this good! We've had other companies clean the atrium in past years, and it looked ok, but never this good. We are really happy with the work they did, and the price was reasonable! I highly recommend them.

Arrived just in time to get the job done as there was a big thunder storm approaching, so it was kind of a rush job. He was very efficient and finished before the downpour. My gutters had been clogged and overflowing, and he got the job done.

Gilbert is a true light hearted professional. He was prompt and thorough. Although I hired him to power was my siding, he suggested some solutions to my gutter problems for which I was grateful. I have power washed my own in the past, but the lower pressure and solution he uses is much more effective. I am thoroughly pleased with the result and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring his services!

Mr Jimenez came to our house without any tools another one ladder cut one branch from one tree back yark removed debris on top of the downspout and we pay $125.00 cash that ash for. he spends a total of 15 minutes and left.
