Major Renovation Multiple Room Service

Our project was a major renovation of an 1888 farm house with a garage addition. This included new wiring, heating & A/C, period correct windows and doors, two new bathrooms, new laundry room and new kitchen, new roof and insulation, new vinyl siding, removal of plaster walls and replaced with drywall, new light fixtures, refinished original wood floors, and of course paint. Besides the amount of work this was and the surprises that come with remodeling an old home, the project came in on budget estimate and completed on a tight time line. We worked well together and communicated often throughout the process as we encountered the many surprises hidden in that old house. We have lived it the house now for 10 years and we still get compliments on it when people visit. If the time comes for another construction project, we will certainly contact Gildehaus Remodeling!
