i would specifically like to comment about Chris and Jay, who came today to correct an issue caused by Ron, who came yesterday and left us without heat. Chris and Jay have been to our home before, were wonderful then, and were again today. They are both polite, friendly, and respectful. They corrected the issue left by Ron and apologized for his behavior and his leaving us in the cold last night. This two are great examples of how someone coming to your home should act. The problem was solved easily, quickly, and I would have either of them here again for any problem we might encounter. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, guys.

The office employees were patient and kept me updated all the way up to the tenhnician showing up at my home. The technician,Chris was very knowledgeable and respectful of my home. I had heat within a few hours of booking my appointment. Prices were reasonable based on the quality of service I received. I will recommend Gillece every time

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System - Repair
I waited 5 days for my appointment to fix my gas fireplace and when they showed up, they stated we do not work on gas fireplaces. I was very specific when I requested the work as to what service I needed and was assured they could do the work. They charged my $95 for the service call to come fix something they do not work on. Service man said I would be contacted about the charge, that was over 1 week ago and no one has called me. Very unhappy with this company.
