I highly recommend Gillian Home Development Group. I received a quick response when making an inquiry. Jason came at the time promised to give an estimate and started work quickly. They were professional. I am very pleased with the finished product. They cleaned up everything before leaving. I will definitely use their services again for future projects.

Irresponsible people who took the $$ and did not complete the project and now just refuse to answer the phone calls or texts.

Had a deck installed. There was a problem at the lumber yard and wood was delivered late. Wood sat in my parking spot in severe thunderstorms getting rained on for two days. Feel like the job was rushed. Planks are starting to raise after two weeks and some of the pieces of wood in between the rails are cracked and crooked. Gate is starting to lower down. I feel there was not enough communication and they would leave and not let us know when they will return.

Jason and his crew are very professional. They are very easy to work with. Would highly recommend them for any job you need home at your home.

We purchased new, high-end outdoor window shutters and they were installed by Gilligan Home Dev. The Gilligans provided excellent, professional, and high-quality services. I would definitely hire them again!

Failed to close the permit and work was not in township code. Also no response from hem.

I highly recommend Gilligan. They offered an outstanding service at a competitive price. Jason listened to my requests and was able to capture my vision for my basement. He remained in touch with me throughout the project and provided expert advice regarding parts. He was a partner with me in the remodel design of my basement and I truly appreciated that. The work was completed in 2 weeks! and was perfectly finished. Noe and Bob (Jason's dad) did outstanding and polished work. I am very happy with my new basement! Thank you Gilligan!! I look forward to our next project!!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Absolutely an amazing experience working with this company. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with everything I needed help with for this project. And I am beyond happy with my new bathroom. They definitely went above and beyond. We will be working with them in the near future.

Family owned business for 40 years where their pride in workmanship and expertise shows in all they do. We feel we made the right choice for our home project and plan on using them again.
