Here at Gilroy Construction Co. we pride ourselves in doing quality work for a reasonable price. Let me tell you about our company, it's history and the type of services we provide.... Our History Frank Gilroy is the president of Gilroy Construction Co. He has worked in the roofing business for over 20 years primarily working for Commercial Roofing Contractors. In 1995, Frank decided to go it alone and started his own business in the roofing industry. A little while later, Frank's company joined forces with Southbury Homes, a general contractor and builder. The two companies joined forces to become Gilroy Construction Company. This provides us with not only an expertise in roofing but our experience as a builder has given us the broader experience needed to excel in the residential roofing arena. Services we Offer: 1) Residential Roofing - We have installed many roofs for customers over the years including many in our home town of Prospect. We like to offer a residential roof for those customers that are interested in Quality and Professionalism. We have a crew of 8 people and can get your job done in a timely manner. We carry all of the necessary insurances including workers compensation and liability insurance up to $2m. 2) Commercial Roofing - Check out some of our latest projects in the photos below such as the roof on the new wedding facility in Oxford, CT called Waterview. We specialize in EPDM installations and are flat roof experts. We are certified in Versico. 3) Service Work - A large part of our business is in the service area. We have many maintenance contracts with customers around CT including the Danbury Mall, UPS, and American General Investors. 4) General Contracting - The last subdivision we completed was LakeRidge Estates in Southbury, CT. We are looking forward to our next project but are currently focusing on the roofing side of the business. No job is too big or too small and we appreciate your business.
