I would recommend him to my friends and family. Chris and his team did a great job. He was professional and did a great job in a timely manner. He gets a 5 star rating from me. I called him and he responded right away and replaced my power pole fast and coordinated with PG&E and the county inspector. He was Amazing and his pricing was fair!

I did not realize that the project would be in two phases. I had the check made out for a complete job in one days' time; however, the owner said that he did not have all the parts

Certainly as we have all experienced, hiccups can happen on a job from time to time. I think it's fair to mention that the other estimates you received recommended a TOTAL panel replacement rather than what was actually needed in the way of "updating your breakers" with new UL listed breakers. I'm glad we were able to resolve your flickering lights issue for less than half the cost of a full panel replacement. In all fairness, the specialty breaker we did not have on the service truck was difficult to procure considering it was after hours at the supply house. Which is why I was more than happy to return the next morning on Christmas Eve to resolve the delay in the installation. We will strive to do better next time!

Professional in every aspect of the job. Returned initial call promptly. Came out for estimate and provided written estimate via email the same day. Showed up for job on time. Encountered a few unexpected problems which were solved. Left the work area clean. He is union trained with experience. He answered all my questions as the job progressed. Long wait on qualified electricians so call in advance of your job.
