One Time Interior House Cleaning
She is a scammers. Did not even touch the appliances after we verified three times that they are included in the cleaning. Came 35 minutes late. Kept insisting we pay her up front. Stood outside when she was done to get the last part of her payment and when we went inside NOTHING was cleaned. Paid her $400 after she did a walk through that was the quote she gave us. Keeps gas lighting and changing her story around. Stay away

CharleyAnn was extremely friendly and paid attention to the smallest details in each room. I hired her as a gift to my daughter and son in law - when they returned home from work they were overwhelmed with the cleanliness of each room. Their comment was "Wow, this is cleaner then the day we moved in and the real estate agent had it cleaned.

Hired for a move-in cleaning. They called 30min after they were scheduled to arrive stating they had a flat tire (understandable) and they were now on their way. 1hr after they were scheduled to arrive, they stated they still had to go to the tire shop and then would be on their way. I asked how long and they stated another hour. After finally arriving 2hr late, the service seemed haphazardly done and was definitely not as thorough as I had hoped.
