I usually do not leave negative reviews but I feel so disappointed that I feel obligated to warn next potential clients. This wasn't the issue but I decided to share this too. I received 3 quotes. Prestiage was the highest, with double the price of the wood. After taking with Matt, we agreed that I would buy the wood. During the job he was responsive to calls. I had moved out while the work was being done. As soon as it was done. He wanted payment with me looking at it. I went to look and it needed another coat. After he said he put the coat, I paid him. When I went to the house there was missing trim, trim not nailed back in, plastic covering still on the walls, dark mark on a stair .....a bunch of little that could have been easy fixes. After multiple of calls and texts no response. Very poor business. I had other jobs that I need hardwood floor work but couldn't never trust his work or word. Sad because he seemed like he was a professional in the beginning

Initially, during the process, Matt, was very responsive and communicated effectively. I was very happy with how everything was going until I did a walk through a week after completion to let the floors seal properly. There were several streaks in my living room that you could visible see where they put down the finish and the roll lined all over my living room. There is about an inch gap form my newly installed floors to the sliding door. The crew during the process had accidentally broke off two pieces of wood in the corner of the floors and tried to patch it up. It looks like someone with no experience tried to fix it. Ià ¢à  à  ve gone back and forth with Matt about coming back to finish up and fix these issues several times and he has just no called no showed to many times to count at this point. I hate to leave bad reviews but this is absolutely unprofessional and want to warn the next paying customer.

Matt and his crew were great, they were always on time, professional, thorough, communicative, and well informed. They did amazing work and completely brought my hardwoods back to life, and they completed the job ahead of schedule. Excellent service and would absolutely hire again

Eddie is very dosn to earth and friendly! Explained everything to me well and is very customer service oriented. He also did a great job building our stairs on our outside deck.

Matt, Freddie and their crew were professional, respectful and nice to work with. We had vinyl plank flooring installed throughout our house and whenever we had questions, Matt would always take the time and go over anything we needed to know. They cleaned up daily and the floors look amazing. I had to call them back for a few small issues which they took the time to take care of. We are very happy with their work. Will definitely recommend! Thank you so much!

Matt was awesome from start to finish. The price was great and our floors came out perfect. Could not believe the final results. Highly recommended!

Matt and Freddie were great to work with. Showed up when they said they would and got the job done on time and it looks beautiful. Cleaned up after themselves daily. I would highly recommend them and will be calling back when ready to do the rest of the house.

Very customer service oriented. Excellent work, reliable owner and trust worthy. We were out of town when the work was done and came home to find all our furniture returned to itâ s original place. ( they moved furniture into our garage so they could do the floor scraping and refinishing) The floor looks new again! We highly recommend Prestige

Matt and his team did an exceptional job on a prefinished bamboo floor install â they are consummate professionals and really went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly and any issues were addressed with extreme care. The end result is stunning! In general they were a pleasure to work with and were very communicative throughout the process. I could not recommend them more highly!

We had our entire house refinished. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and the incredible team Matthew has working with him. They brought our floors back to their original beauty. I never could have expected they would be able to erase 50 years of wear. We thought the floors in some high traffic areas were not recoverable. They look spectacular. Would not hesitate to highly recommend Prestige Flooring.

Very high quality. Small price. Matt and Freddie do outstanding work. They installed two rooms of red oak hardwood flooring. They sanded and finished. I made a change mid job to have Brazilian cherry inlays and their price for the add was exceptionally reasonable. Theyâ re honest, and hard working. Will higher them again for hardwood work.
