One of my bay windows was cracked. Condensation was getting in and had to get it fixed. Gio with Tools was the first contractor suggested and I can see why. The work done was excellent. Gio showed up with an employee promptly and removed the cracked window, told me he would be back later with the new glass. He closed up the open space so that it wouldn't get too cold. Hours later he showed up with the new glass, popped it in and was done. He's definitely experienced and it shows, I was amazed. The price was very fair and competitive. I'm extremely happy with the experience and I will definitely use his services again in any future endeavors. I would definitely suggest Gio With Tools. He was very friendly and we even chatted a bit. Very nice guy.

Gio did a wonderful job fixing windows. While other people suggest replacing the whole window even before looking at them, Gio fixed the window exactly I wanted. He also work quickly order the parts and fixed the window as soon as he received the parts. If you want fix windows, I highly recommend Gio.
