PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND KNOW HOW TO DO AN EXCELLENT JOB IN CUTTING AND FITTING THE TILES. THE INSTALLER WHO WORKED FOR GIO WAS HIGHLY COMPETENT AND VERY TRUSTWORTHY SINCE WE HAD TO WORK AND LEAVE THE HOUSE DURING THE DAY.

We had two projects: 1) Replace a tile floor, and 2) restore water damaged older tile. Gio knew how to remedy the damaged tile situation at a reasonable cost. Randall did an outstanding job laying the new tile. When restoring 2 areas of a 15 year old tile floor, he took no shortcuts & actually chipped mortar off the back of the useable tiles by hand. His painstaking work was amazing! They even matched the grout so closely you�d never know the floor had been repaired. gio's flooring was terrific, the installer (randall )worked none stop, too finish the job for us before thanksgiving. and the end result was a perfect job. thanks service majic ,for the lead on gio's flooring.
