Outstanding customer service. Showed up on time exactly. Very professional and knowledgeable. We had a quite problematic project with running power from the attic space toward the gate area. It didn't take a long for Nick to find a solution which turned out to be the most efficient one. He worked hard through the blizzard and snow storm in order to finish job on time and deliver what we wanted exactly. This guy is a gold.

Very pleasant to deal with. Didn't like the late hours on the weekend. Was first scheduled for Saturday, then changed to Sunday. It was after 3 pm before showing up. I don't like waiting.

"I did let you know John, that I had a job to do Saturday. And that If I couldn't get to you after that, it would be the next day. If said ok and you understood. The job took longer than expected, so I called to confirm the next day and after 1pm. Again you said you understood. So you knowing it could be either day, you agreed. I will not leave a customer with an unfinished job just to get to you"
