I got a quote from the owner and she stuck to the quote. We had a large root ball removed. The only reason I don't rate 5 stars is because we never agreed on a date for the removal and one day, while I was out of town, they showed up and removed the ball. I'm glad they did, but communication was lacking. Their truck also destroyed a piece of wood used as a retainer for one side of my driveway. It's small but I wish they'd have told me. The root ball is gone though and they did the work for a fair and honest price. I will hire them again for some other trees in my yard that require attention.

I got a quote quick and they were out the same day to do the work. Very pleased with the service.

easy to deal with, they went by the house, then gave me a price, I agreed, they cut the tree down and grind up the stump.
