Giuseppe Handyman Repair LLC

Do not hire Giuseppe Handyman. We had a signed contract for installation of a new electric furnace. Upon completion of the project we made calls to the owner of Giuseppe Handyman Repair, LLC, Luciano Deforst (aka Luciano Cunningham) to get the paperwork, warranty card, to no avail. We recorded the model and serial number and contacted Lennox Corporation to record purchase and warranty. Lennox informed us that this unit was previously warranted back in 2000. Our new electric furnace is 24 years old and is not Energy Efficient. Currently it is running continuously and blowing cool air. We called, sent text messages and used Messenger to contact Luciano Deforest, the owner for weeks and all went unanswered. He was in Florida working for 6 weeks. Now that has been back for a couple of weeks we have received messages, a date that has come and gone but no action. He also started a landscaping job that he has not completed. We are retired and are on a limited income.

Be careful with this contractor. They are scammers. I paid them in January, but it's September already and work is not done. They dissappeared with my money.

Lazy did not clean up work was sub par going to have to find someone else to fix his mess

They were great to work with, super communicative about any issues that popped up. He did great work and I would be happy to hire him again.

I had been waiting on another handyman for almost 2 months they called me on a Saturday came out on Sunday gave me estimate and started job on a Wedensday and finished on Thursday. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled everything away. They took the time to make my bathroom floor meet my expectations, even though it made more work for them. The most important thing to me was they came when they said they would and finished my job before they started any other job. I would definitely hire them again if I ever need a handyman.

Showed up on time, made sure every little detail was perfect, left the area completely clean and not one scrap left behind on such a big project! Very friendly, answered several questions before starting the project and the final result turned out amazing!!! Tearing down an entire chimney and putting together a new roof, gutter, vent, soffit and fascia seemed too much, but he had it done in 2 days and it turned out perfect ! Highly recommend!

Quick to reply, complete job with cleanup & reasonable. Will use him again. Recommended!
