"We are sorry to hear about your bad experience. We are known for our quality workmanship and we regret that we did not live up to those expectations. The floor was installed correctly, we installed hardy-backer on top of the plywood, plywood is not used on the bottom of the tile. Before completion of the project, we went over the checklist with you and received the final payment. After we completed the job, we never received a call, email, or text. If you had called, we would have fixed any concerns with the workmanship. We have stood by our work for 35 years and customers are welcome to call email, or text. If the homeowner was happy with the bathroom to remodel, they were also happy with the kitchen. It is very unprofessional to leave nasty reviews like this, we have 5-star ratings on may social media sites, review sites, and our Website."
