Gizmo Glass Replacement

I live on the golf course and used Gizmo glass to replace a broken window and I just want to warn others about them. The first time they came to replace it they brought the wrong window. So I waited a week for the new one. When they came back a week later it was the wrong size. They said they wrote it down wrong. So I had to wait another week. Today the installer replaced the top window that was broken and now the bottom window won?t open at all. It?s like he dropped something and it?s wedged shut or he glued it shut. They refuse to fix it. Debbie is the owner and she says it must be my window. Even though this window was opening and closing all week just fine, and was previously open with a dog door in it. It?s never had an issue opening or closing in 16 years until they installed new glass today. And the installer was very unprofessional. He showed up hours outside of the schedule window, yelled at me, and has now broken a second window replacing the first. Avoid this company.
