This is in regards to their contracted fingerprinting services through the IdentoGO corporation. They were recommended from professional services. The applicant presented his valid Colorado driver's license for scanning. Due to the nature of the recycled plastic ID material (which is prone to wear), the initial scan failed to fully populate all necessary data fields in the system. The applicant immediately wiped the ID clean and presented it again to the manager. The site manager refused to attempt a second scan or complete the remaining data manually, which is a standard procedure when scans are incomplete. The manager addressed the applicant with extreme unprofessionalism, stating: "It's disgusting and too dirty and I refuse to touch it. Do not ever return here again." The manager expelled the applicant, resulting in a complete refusal of a necessary, paid service. This action caused significant delay and personal distress for the applicant, who is trying to start a new career

Great tailor made service and very responsive

I was very impressed with the experience. Michael, the general manager, and Billy, our service technician, both came to my home to install a different company's Alarm System. They were professional at all times, answered all my questions and did a superb job. If I ever get the opportunity to work with them again Iâ  m going to jump at the chance.
