Gladiator Exteriors

Did great job on my metal roof. I also had them give me an estimate on my gables and removing and replacing my Hardy Board on the gables on both ends of house. They sent me a quote and I signed off on the estimate and they said it would be started 2 weeks after roof and gutters were done. After waiting over a month Tyler, the owner, told me they could not do the job that we agreed on at the price the estimate was for. I have saved all the emails and Texts from him and Kevin . I is very disappointing in how this was handled. Now I am forced to find a new contractor to do the job. In picture it is the brown area on ends of house. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because the metal roof and gutters came out great but not honoring your estimate on the Hardy Board on the Gables in my opinion was unacceptable for me.

I contracted them to replace my gutters and from the beginning there was no pressure. They showed me what I asked for and were not pushy about any up sales. The crew was very professional and did an awesome job. I Highly recommend them.

Gladiator Exteriors should be the Gold Standard of every competitor in the business ! Tyler, Wisdom, the owner, is a master at his craft. Equally as personable as he is fastidious, he's 100% dedicated to his work, and he gets his hands as dirty as his employees, who likewise, dig in, work super fast, and are extremely proficient, respectful, and approachable, even when being fly-specked by a demanding and hard to please characters like me! So, add advantageously thick skin to their accolades, as I was quite the squeaky wheel at times, perhaps jaded by past experiences with companies that are clearly a different species than Gladiator Exteriors. This company is impressive in every metric! I am remiss in not remembering each crew member's name, otherwise I would definitely give them due mention. Notwithstanding my paucity of manners in forgetting their names, I'll just call them "The A Team"! Mr. Wisdom was definitely WISE in hiring these dudes! Call Gladiator Exteriors if you are impossible to please because you are like me, and you believe that there is a huge shortage of companies that approach a project as though they are doing it for their own family. I can't say enough about Gladiator Exteriors. The team is very professional. If you're looking to have gutters installed, then look no further. These guys are goood! From the initial site visit to job completion, their service was flawless. Kudos to Kevin for initiating and walking me thru the process. Tyler and his team completed the install and had my neighbors seeking their services as well.

Gladiator Exteriors were consistently punctual, professional, and hard working. They arrived early and left late each day and replaced all my soffits and gutters in three days. They cleaned up after themselves each evening. Their work was excellent. I highly recommend them.

THESE GUYS DO AMAZING WORK. VERY CLEAN, VERY NEAT, VERY FAST AND ABSOLUTELY AFFORDABLE . I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD ATTACH DOWN SPOUTS TO CORNER TRIM OF HOUSE TO AVOID HOLES IN NEW SIDING. ABSOLUTELY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. NO BULGING. ITS CLEAN AND TIGHT TO HOUSE. FROM THE STREET YOU CANT EVEN SEE THE DOWN SPOUTS BECAUSE THEY ARE PERFECTLY STRAIGHT ON THE WHITE CORNER TRIM. Crew arrived 4 hours early and completed the install in under 2 hours. ( 3 walls, 3 downspouts ) No debris was left behind. Extremely satisfied

Tyler, the owner, Kevin, the sales person, and Alex the installer were all exceptional. They work with me to get my gutters down so that I could have my house painted and then they came back and installed the gutters. Thanks to their help I was able to match the paint on the house exactly to the gutters and it looks terrific .They were really nice to deal with

The quote provided by Kevin was very thorough and he explained every detail. The installation staff removed and replaced the rotten boards of the soffit and fascia. Then covered all soffit and fascia areas with metal and installed seamless gutters where appropriate. The staff arrived as stated. They were professional, knowledgeable, personable, and a joy to work with. Upon completion, the staff encouraged me to review their work and let them know if there were any issues. Then Tyler came for the final inspection to ensure the job was 100% satisfactory. I highly recommend this company and the cost was very reasonable.
