I hired this company for gutters. I do not climb and did not notice the job was not completed. I alerted the company when I had other work to address water damage from my severely clogged gutters and downspout (we purchased best gutter guards too, but this area of our home was skipped). Clean up was my issue. Guards were put on. Another section was put on in a way that directs water back to house and caused damage in the upstairs closet. I contacted the owner 3 times to please look/address as needed--no response.

They were prompt to come out and give a quote. Said they would be out the following weekend to do the job after we signed. That was two weeks ago and it is still not done. Have called and gotten the runaround or not received a callback. They keep saying they need nice weather... we have had nice weather and nothing. Not impressed. IF they get this done in the next few days I MAY change this review. But at this time, I would not hire them again and I would not recommend them. They were great until we signed!

Very prompt getting me a quote. When rain interfered with original install date, called on a Sunday night to see if the next day would be acceptable. Small job but done in a very timely manner. Installation looks very good and has performed very well so far.

They were very professional timely and exceeded All my expectations for the work and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

When Troy came over to give me an estimate, I recognized him as the former leader of the ROTC program at MSU. After the estimate, Troy discovered more damage but still honored the original estimate. He is honest and does good work. I highly recommend hiring him.

Before hiring I interviewed three other companies Gladiator owner was the most resourceful in solving the problems I had. His crew was very professional, didn t dally but employed their time well. The job was completed in a day. Neighbors have walked by while doing yard work presenting their compliments

Gladiator Exteriors have to be one of the best home improvements companies in the southwest Missouri. The people are professional, very honest and stay with the project until complete. They had us, the home owners, go with them to look at the job and explain every thing they did. Wonderful people! We would recommend them to any home owner that needed home projects regarding gutters, and any additional jobs. Great professionals all the way.

The gutters look fine but they left a mess in my yard. Gutter debris was left all over plus found several nails, screws, and small metal scraps.

They came out at the time they said they would give me an estimate. They showed up on time and on the day they told me they would to do the work. Troy was friendly and listened to what my needs were and the crew was friendly to my wife on the day of the job.

I contacted them to replace guttering and they recommended a different solution that cost a lot less money. The solution worked perfectly. They were friendly and professional. The post job clean up was complete and thorough. I could not be happier with their expertise and professionalism. Great company!

The owner met with me and explained what it would take to complete my job and complete it correctly. The guys that came to do the work were neat and courteous and finished the work in short order and left with no sign they were ever there. They left my home clean, taking any trash with them. I would definitely use this company again.

These guys dealt with a very large project in a highly professional manner. They work really hard and are really friendly. If you need specialty work and installs, they are the best.
