I hired Devin to top off my small trees in the conservation area. And remove any debris created by the trimming. I let him know that he could place the branches at the curb if they are no larger than 3 feet and tied with twine. Devin said he has priced the job with the removal. I explained the EPA rules about cutting branches and any loose debris. He assured me he would remove the branches, within the week. 4 weeks later the debris is still there. He charged my credit card from a previous dryer vent cleaning service and took it upon himself to charge my card for an incomplete service. Now he will not answer the phone or text. He is a smooth talker ensuring me that I was a priority and that he will come and remove the debris.
