The plumber came to fix a leak that a previous plumber left. A plumber from Gladiator couldnt be bothered to run and buy a rubber gasket and instead slapped plumbers putty all over a pipe connector and left the connector broken.

The first plumber who came out was not aware of a water heater 'reservoir' that needed to be installed along with the new water heater. The company installed it, free of charge, since the reservoir was necessary and they had quoted without it.

excellent from start to finish. They contacted me by phone right a way. Very accommodating when it came to making an appointment. The technican, Phil, was actually early for the appoint. He explained the procedure , equipment, maintenance, and payment very politely and concisely before any work began. Very good price , great experience.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I had an emergency (1998 water heater leaking) one afternoon. He told me how to deal with the night, and then came out the next morning to replace it, including a tub that would have been nice during the failure. Then he stayed and discussed a couple of other non-emergency projects I wanted to get done soon.

The guys were so very nice and informative, gave us alternatives and suggestions. No mess at all. Very personable and knowledgeable. Took several of their business cards for friends. I think the best part was the confidence you felt even though they are brand new to you. Never felt pressured to spend more money than needed. We will be calling them again for some gas work in 2016.
