Glaspie Contracting, LLC

It's been almost three years and the tile are coming loose, floor is squeeking and their cabinet guy constructed me a nightmare piece of junk. The estimate for shower and tile floor was 14000, it was supposed to take 3 days, it took 3 months. They left with 7000 and never came back.

The work is not completed yet and delay may not finished this week. It is a small project projected for 2 days. This is day 3 and I have been told they wont come today and probably tomorrow. This follows a week-long delay in starting.

They did good work and were nice to work woth

Glaspie construction contacted me and within a few days they were here to install my new backsplash. The job was completed in less than 3 days. Very professional, thank you guys!!!

If someone is available to start your project right away, there is a reason, reputable craftsmen who do good work are booked months out. Remember this rule when spending thousands on a home remodel.

Never done a remodel of any kind before, and was apprehensive about spending a huge chunk of money. Couple of things: 1) The only company I called for a bid that was both available, and enthusiastic about the project. 2) The only company that actually stopped by to look at the project Vs getting a generic online quote. (Online quotes were 25-100% higher than this one without even seeing the project in person) 3) Went over my "champagne" concept of a million dollar bathroom, and then helped explained the costs and then helped us work back to the actual practicality of what we wanted to do VS. over building, where the cost of the remodel would never be regained in resale value. 4) Small crew of guys that all know and work together. Never got that big corporate detached feeling that you can get from bigger companies. They showed up at the time they said every day and worked straight through to get the job done. There's some things I can do myself such as paint and trim, but I'm not knowledgeable in electrical, construction, and of course industry standards etc. These guys did quick and efficient work. There was some additional costs with extra plumbing and some unexpected water damage once the toilet was removed. The costs were explained to me, some was expected and within the budget, but nothing was left as a "surprise" at the end. The brand new sub floor, plumbing, tub, flooring and light/fan/heater combo all looks great! While we're still waiting on the marble people to install the shower walls and vanity top, everything else came together very quickly! We couldn't be happier with the overall look of things. - Hope to get a bid in the future for a kitchen remodel as well!

They were great to work with: professional, up-beat, focused, terrific problem solvers with an eye for what works aesthetically as well as practically. Highly recommend.

Glaspie construction is dependable, motivated, and personable. I enjoyed doing business with them. Work was done well and quickly.

David and his crew have a great work ethic. They communicated well and were on the job punctually. They embraced my vision of what I desired and created it for me. It has made my home comfortable, complementary to my lifestyle, and a more beautiful space to live. These guys were always kind and considerate to me. I am new to the area and was not sure how to get the tweaks and fixes accomplished in this time of Covid. I am so glad I had them referenced to me!

They did an excellent ob. Kept the work area clean. Ran into a few unforeseen issues, but they hung in there and finished the job on budget. I highly recommend them.

They were professional and friendly and helpful and good quality work.
